I'm the founder of Fearless Video Productions and the director of work trusted at some of the most consequential cultural and political moments of the last decade. But before any of that, I was just a Black girl from Baltimore who got mad enough to pick up a camera and make something true.

I've always looked for the good in every story — the light inside the hard ones, the joy inside the grief. That hasn't changed.
